The ADG221KN is a mononlithic CMOS device comprising four independently selectable switches. On-chip latches facilitatic microprocessor interfacing. The device is designed on an enhanced LC2MOS process which gives an increased signal handling capability of ±15V. The ADG221KN also features hgih swtiching speeds and low Ron.
